About
Annabelle Siena Lim is a Singapore-based consultant and founder of Belgrace Institute, working at the intersection of executive presence, confidence, professional image, and modern etiquette. Her work and perspectives have been featured by Vogue Singapore and LinkedIn News Asia.
She supports professionals and organisations in cultivating credibility, self-assurance, and executive presence, particularly in high-context, multicultural, and client-facing environments. Her work spans government, finance, healthcare, and multinational corporates, including The Coca-Cola Company, BNP Paribas, ING Bank, Pfizer, and the Singapore Police Force.
Trained as a lawyer in London, Annabelle spent six years in media and entertainment, including at The Walt Disney Company. She is also an accredited Personal Colour Consultant with the Korea Fashion Psychology Institute in Seoul and holds formal accreditations from leading Etiquette & Protocol institutions in the UK and the US. Having grown up across Singapore, England, and France, she brings a culturally fluent, globally informed perspective to her work, alongside advisory experience in social enterprise and international nonprofit initiatives, including with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
